Hand Gesture Controlled Helicopter

In this short term project we intended to replace more complex, difficult to learn and not intuitively usable control system, such as the hand-held joystick, with seamless hand based gestures using Leap motion controller.
The obtained ‘up’ and ‘down’ maneuvers have been perfectly tuned, however we are yet to obtain smooth maneuvers for the ‘forward’ and ‘backward’ maneuver commands.
